Lessons learned in implementing Activity 1: It is important to get everyone involved (technician, other offices and departments, NGOs, agencies, etc) from the beginning, so the validation process can be a bit easier.

Activity 2.2b Hold workshop to validate process among stakeholders 4 = activity completed Consultants validate this process among some PA Managers, during a PA course from October to December 2009.    
Activity 2.2c Hold workshop on CBD commitments and PoWPA 1 = just started, limited progress      
Activity 2.2d Hold workshop for disseminating best practices 2 = activity fully underway      
Activity 2.2e Hold regular meetings with relevant stakeholders 2 = activity fully underway      
Activity 2.2f Hold regular meetings with technical committee 3 = significant progress, nearly complete This meetings are arrange as needed to follow up the progress of the consultant´s work and revision of documents

Activity 3.2 Develop sustainable finance plans for 5 sites 3 = significant progress, nearly complete The Sustainable finance Plan is focusing on more than 5 areas; basically it is caounting with the ones with administration by now.    
Activity 3.3a Assess a range of financial mechanisms 2 = activity fully underway The PA Sustainable Finance Plan is supposed to assess Financial Mechanisms.    
Activity 3.3b Hold national workshop to review 3 = significant progress, nearly complete      
Activity 3.4a Foster the creation of a national trust fund mechanism 3 = significant progress, nearly complete      
Activity 3.4b Hold national workshop 4 = activity completed
